Veneer Scanning and ClippingSpindleless Veneer Peeling Line
Our clipping systems are designed to operate in synchronism to a peeling lathe on high speed peeling lines. The clipper can be directly coupled to the lathe using a single deck veneer conveyor TLTG or multiple deck tray system TS.

⦁ Automatic cut of full sheets, automatic detection of first and last cut;
⦁ Knife holder driven by servo motor;
⦁ Pneumatic trash gate at outfeed for defect and random separation.
